Pixelcandy is a gaming lounge where you can play on powerful gaming PCs without needing to buy one yourself.
Whether you’re playing casually with friends, practising for competitive gaming, or trying PC gaming for the first time, Pixelcandy makes it simple.
Step 1 — Book Your Gaming Session
Booking a gaming PC is quick and easy.
Simply visit the Book Now page and choose a time that suits you.
You can book:
- a single gaming station
- multiple PCs to play with friends
- group sessions or parties
Booking in advance is recommended to guarantee your spot.
Step 2 — Arrive at Pixelcandy
When you arrive, simply check in with a member of our team.
We’ll show you to your gaming station and help you get set up if needed.
If it’s your first visit, we’re always happy to explain how everything works.
Step 3 — Log In and Start Playing
Once seated at your gaming station, you can log into your gaming accounts and start playing.
Most popular PC games are available, and our systems are designed to get you into the action quickly.
If theres a game you want to try or play which isn’t installed we can install this game for you* very quickly using our dedicated gigabit (1000mbs u/d) line.
If you need any help, our team is always nearby.
*games will installed where possible but some titles may be restricted due to licensing and account restrictions. Staff will be able to advise on individual titles.
Payment
To play, you buy time. You pay for your time when you get in store. This can be done directly on the PC itself or you can pay a member of staff who will manually add the time on. We accept cash and card payments. The time will be added to the Pixelcandy account you create when you register for the first time. The first 20 minutes after account creation are free, this tme allows you to log into your game accounts (Steam/Activision/Epic etc).
A member of staff will guide you through this process.
Time stacks, and doesn’t have to be used all at once. For instance, if you buy a block of 10 hours or 2 hours, these can be used incremetally over as many visits as youlike, until the time is used up. Time does not expire.
Currently prices are:
1 hour only : £8
2 hours : £15
4 hours : £26
10 hours ; £50
25 hours : £120

Competitive Gaming & Esports
Pixelcandy is also building a local esports community.
We’ll be hosting competitions and events where players can test their skills and compete in a friendly but competitive environment.
Solo players and teams are both welcome.

This includes:

- high refresh rate gaming monitors
- gaming keyboard and mouse
- gaming headset
- fast internet connection
You’re also welcome to bring your own keyboard, mouse, headset, or controller if you prefer.
Playing With Friends
Gaming is even better with friends.
You can book multiple PCs together so you can play side by side, whether you’re teaming up or competing against each other.
